Kwong has produced exhibitions, public art and education programmes in both heritage and contemporary art disciplines at Tai Kwun, including Vital Signs, Neon Connection and Sound Forms. He has also organized horseracing events at the Hong Kong Jockey Club, and launched regional retail incentive and communication initiatives at VF Corporation.
He graduated from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University with First Honour in Fashion & Textiles (Fashion Retailing).
